1) Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using BabyIQ, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2) Contracting Entity

Your contracting entity is OUASMI YOUNES. All agreements are with OUASMI YOUNES.

3) Eligibility

BabyIQ is intended for parents and guardians. The account holder must be an adult (and at least the minimum age required by your app store). The app is used by you, the parent — a child never creates an account or signs in. By using BabyIQ, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4) Service Description

BabyIQ provides parent-led flashcard sessions inspired by the Doman method — reading words and math quantity cards flashed briefly — together with automated card rotation, daily session planning, parent-facing progress tracking, and cross-device sync. Child profiles are limited to a parent-provided first name and birthdate. It is an enrichment tool for parents, never tests or evaluates the child, and is not a medical device, an educational assessment, or a substitute for professional medical advice.

5) License and Acceptable Use

You receive a personal, revocable, non-transferable, single-user license for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse any part of the app.

6) Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in BabyIQ. You grant us a limited license to store and sync it solely to provide the service.

7) Payments

BabyIQ offers an auto-renewing yearly Premium subscription at the price displayed in the app before purchase. iOS payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Android and web payments may be processed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.

8) Refunds

Refunds follow the respective app store or payment processor policies. If you have issues, contact hello@babyiqapp.com before initiating a dispute.

9) Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the app for unlawful activity, harassment, rights violations, attempts to bypass security, or redistribution of the service.

10) Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The app is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OUASMI YOUNES disclaims warranties and will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11) Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud risk, non-payment, or abuse.

12) Right of Withdrawal (EU)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Because Premium is digital content made available immediately, you expressly request that access start at once and acknowledge that you therefore lose the right of withdrawal once access has begun, to the extent permitted by law. App-store purchases are also governed by the store's own cancellation and refund rules.

13) Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. We aim to resolve any dispute amicably first — please contact hello@babyiqapp.com. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

14) Independence and Trademarks

BabyIQ is an independent app inspired by widely published early-learning principles popularized by Glenn Doman. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Glenn Doman's family, the Institutes for the Achievement of Human Potential (IAHP), or Doman International. Any references to the Doman method or related names are nominative and used only to describe the approach factually; all trademarks and names are the property of their respective owners.

15) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after posting means you accept the updated version.
